Our goal is to produce the finest quality ice blocks to our kings none other than our customers.Our brand name is for our high quality flake ice and our blocks are used inmany industries such as fish,meat,chemical and concrete plants.Our company is visible to all over southern areas.We are specialised in engineering,fabrication and also distribution of our ice blocks.Our ice blocks are used in Fish/food industry, After the fish is brought to land and before it can be sold to the customer the value adding process takes place, which means the produce may undergo various handling activities. During these steps, the constant availability of high quality flake ice is essential.
The flake ice produced by our machines is sub cooled to -6°C/-7°C. Due to the high amount of energy accumulation the ice will last much longer than some other types of ice used for preserving fish. In addition the shape of flake ice offers a large surface area whereby the product is cooled rapidly. The ice can be adjusted in various ways. The thickness can be adjusted between 1,8 mm and 2,2 mm. The firmness of the ice can be adjusted by adding salt to the water. To facilitate this a special salt mixing pump and reservoir are a standard part of the delivery.
Our ice blocks will not only be able to provide the machine to your specification but are also able to provide ice storage and distribution systems. In other words we are able to equip your company with fully engineered ice availability solutions. Other flake ice applications in the food industry
Flake ice can be used pure or mixed with water to control or reduce the temperature and extend product shelf life (a.o.) for the following applications.
- To chill fresh milk before bottling
- To chill and remove access heat when processing fresh meat
- To chill vegetables when processing and washing
Our ice blocks are also used in Chemical industry ,In certain chemical industries such as the fabrication of pigments for dyes, flake ice plants are installed to provide large amounts of flake ice batches. These batches provide rapid cooling of the pigments in order to remove the heat that is triggered during production.An ice plant will consist of an industrial flake ice machine, an ice storage and a delivery system combined with a weighing system to feed the batch process.But we are able to offer all of these components as a turn-key ice factory fully controlled by a PLC with touch screen panels and camera monitoring systems.
